Marketing & Sales Assistant - Colombia

Support the marketing and sales of extension and continuing education products of the Corporation.


  • Design, planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of marketing and sales strategies
  • Identify and define market problems and opportunities.
  • Design, planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of marketing actions / campaigns)
  • Client management: segmentation and loyalty.
  • Generate statistics and make suggestions for changes.
  • Perform sales activities: telephone sales, prospecting of clients, customer service, commercial information management of prices and products, rescue of customer portfolio, opening of customers, potential customers, visits to customers for development of new product sales, sales closures, customer monitoring on service needs, market strategies to increase clients, customer study and short-term sales projection.
  • Support the basic administrative functions of the commercial area in the Directorate.
  • Coordinate activities for the launch of products.
